  2. Large‑Format or Stone Tile Upgrade — material allowance bump for floor or shower walls. (Value $400–$800)

  3. Vanity Hardware + Soft‑Close Hinges/Glides — premium hardware set. (Value $250–$500)

  4. Niche + Lighting Add‑On — tiled niche and dedicated shower light. (Value $300–$600)

How to Redeem:

  1. Book your free estimate and enter/present code SBS.

  2. Approve your scope & proposal (with clear allowances).

  3. Pay deposit by Dec 31, 2025 to lock your spot and claim your free Upgrade Package.

  4. Select your upgrades at your design/measure appointment.

  1. Is the estimate really free? Yes—use code SBS when booking.

  2. Can I combine packages? One package per eligible space; most clients choose three upgrades from the list.

  3. What if my materials are delayed? We’ll offer comparable substitutions or allow a schedule shift per contract terms.

  4. I’m working with an architect/designer. Great—we’ll integrate selections into your scope and apply the package to the appropriate allowances.

  5. What if I book now but start later? Deposit must be received by Dec 31, 2025; start date can be scheduled per our calendar.
